Forte-IT attended the Dialogic Connections event in Budapest (Hungary) on November 16 to 18, 2010. The agenda covered a broad variety of most important subjects, from the recent merger of Dialogic and Veraz Networks to the computer telephony market situation, mobile service business evolution and other.

The conference set a special focus on the video IVR segment of the market. “Video is a new voice” – says James Besley, Dialogic VP (EMEA). It is worth mentioning that we at Forte-IT share Dialogic’s enthusiastic position and keep promoting our IVVR solutions.

The forum assembled a total of 220 guests, including 50 Dialogic employees while the rest represented Dialogic partners from over 30 countries. The main goal of the event was to bring together those who work with Dialogic products, let them share their professional experiences, and help build relations and alliances.

The Dialogic Connections event took place at a landmark Budapest hotel located in the heart of that picturesque city. The event hosts were able to create a most welcoming atmosphere for the participants to comfortably socialize and do efficient networking.
