The Forte-IT company has been a regular presenter at the annual Call Center World Forum and will be attending this year’s event CCWF 2010 on March 22-23 at Radisson SAS Slavyanskaya hotel in Moscow, Russia.
Forte-IT is to showcase our renowned IntelleScript IVR and Call-o-Call call center solutions adopted by many leading mobile providers and business corporations of Russia. Also we are to present new IntelleScript Pro IVVR and Call-o-Call Video systems that extend our recognized solutions to the video realm.
Forte-IT engineers will share field experience of IVVR system deployment and a live demo of IVVR functionality on a 3G Video call. Our booth will be featuring the latest version of the IntelleScript Pro IVVR system equipped with both actual and prospective IVVR services.
