Warranty Service

 

The Forte-IT company provides warranty service for the time period specified in the sales contract, typically 12 months after the system was commissioned for operation. Customers submit their warranty   claims via our 24/7 hotline at 8-800-555-0525 or our project&task management system (PTMS) at support.forte-it.ru. Our tech support specialists will process a submitted claim real-time and suggest a solution over the phone, by e-mail or in person at the customer's site. 

The standard warranty service plan includes:

  • Scheduled software and hardware driver updates
  • Emergency system recovery
  • System server migration
  • Regular and emergency field maintenance
  • System optimization consulting
  • System operator express training


Forte-IT also offers a variety of extended warranty plans that may include development of additional functionalities, integration into the customer's system environment and other services beyond the original contract.

 

Post-Warranty Support

 

Forte-IT offers three post-warranty support and maintenance plans for our systems:

  • Standard plan includes software updates, engineering support and emergency support via our hot phone line (8-800-555-0525) and PTMS (support.forte-it.ru).
  • Extended plan expands the standard plan with free–of-charge upgrades of reporting, routing and similar functionalities.
  • Premium plan is the most comprehensive one with a designated service specialist and unlimited 24/7/365 technical support.
